Hi,

I've created my first smtp group / account however the cron then never fired.

I got this error;

Domain not allowed to use the Application. Contact to: maborak@maborak.com

What does that mean?

If you are using Cpanel, try to change the cron path.

from:

/usr/bin/php

to

/usr/local/bin/php

If not, try to execute: php -v Probably you dont have enabled IONCUBE in your php.ini
