Hi,

I am having issues in importing contacts from both csv as well as text file to Interspire Email Marketer 6.1.3

My install is on Centos 6.4

Under Contacts > Import contacts from a File "Chosen Contact List>Import a file from my website(file uploaded in/admin/import folder> choose file > Import

My Import runs & get a message

Import Contacts
The contact import has been completed successfully

But No contact is added in the Contact list

I checked "mbstring" is enabled & phpinfo.php is as under;



Check_iem is....


I tested on your demo server, it works fine

Could you advice what could be the reason for Import not happening

Questions:

• Are you using Custom headers in the CSV files?. Try with a normal CSV with couple emails.
• Check if the error is caused by MEMORY LIMIT and MAX EXECUTION TIME in /etc/php.ini
• This error occurs with small and large files?

Yes, it uploads from CSV when on first option " Upload a file from Computer"

but does not work if I choose an option "Import a file from my website" after I upload file to admin/import folder

On this case, is not an addon error. Is a problem with your Interspire Email Marketer.

- Make sure you have the folder: admin/com/storage/import or admin/com/storage/ writable
