Hello.

I just found the following bounce detected by RBP as a HardBounce:

5.0.0 (undefined status) ||| smtp;550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP [x.x.x.x]. To request removal from this list please visit https://sender.office.com/ and follow the directions. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=526655 (AS16012 ||| x.x.x.x ||| relayerror ||| access denied ||| policy-related

Correct me if I am wrong but in that case that should be blacklist or blocked content, not hardbounce.

I double check the HB personal list. Even empty it and flushed file. Run it again and still it keeps detecting a access denied a Hard Bounce.

Hope you can fix this.

You would probly need to rewrite the HB rules as it sees the 550 and that is HB.
