Hi,

I have installed Feedback Loops addon on my Interspire Email Marketer installation successfully.

I can see Feedback Loops under Contacts Dropdown menu of Interspire Email Marketer

When I click on Feedback Loops then it takes me to new page with a Link "Add FBL Mail"

Clicking on Add FBL Mail takes me to following

* FBL Name:
* FBL Email Server Name:
* FBL Email User Name:
* FBL Email Password:
* FBL Email Server Port: 143
Feedback Loop Type: Normal /Email / Unsubcribe link
Account Type: IMAP
* Advanced Options: /imap/novalidate-cert

My question is

Could you please explain what needs to be added in the above fields

Thanks

Hi,

I will try to explain the process.

When a subscriber marks your message as "SPAM" a copy of this report goes to the owner of the IP address mail was sent from. This is done after FBL requests are approved by ISP's and after ISP's have your abuse email connected with your IP's
This report is an email sent to your abuse mailbox. After you get this report you can unsubscribe or delete these users from your lists and this is done automatically by Feedback Loops addon.
You just have to prove IP ownership with rDNS and apply for feedback loops in all possible ISP's.

Request AOL FBL:

1) Create [email protected] or [email protected] (yourdomain.com must be rDNS of IP your are requesting Feedback Loop )
2) Go here:
http://postmaster.aol.com/SupportRequest.FBL.php
and follow the steps.
You will receive a similar email with this one:

Thank you for contacting AOL postmaster support. Your "New FBL" request [Ticket ID: XXXXXXX] has been approved. Processing should take approximately 24 hours.
List of IPs approved:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, .....

Additional information regarding the AOL feedback loop system and the format it is in can be found here:
http://postmaster.aol.com/Postmaster.FeedbackLoop.php

3) Add your FBL account here: domain/path/admin/index.php?Page=Addons&Addon=fbl&Action=add fill the form with your data:

FBL Name: something to identify the FBL
FBL Email Server Name: mail.yourdomain.com
FBL Email User Name: example: [email protected] or [email protected] ()
FBL Email Password: your mailbox password
FBL Email Server Port: 143

List of supported FBL Loops is here: feedback-loops-processor/isp-supported-fbl-processor-t18.html

P.S
Sorry for my english
