Inspected database and CronJob status; discovered that `archive-events` was suspended since 2026-09-15 and 39,141 rows had `archived_at IS NULL`.\n3. To prevent customer data loss, purged only rows older than 30 days that had already been archived: `DELETE FROM events_archive WHERE created < now() - interval '30 days' AND archived_at IS NOT NULL;` (deleted 14,759 rows).\n4. Because the 24Mi `events` volume was at 100% capacity and blocked visibility map creation and table compaction, moved `events_archive` to the primary tablespace (`ALTER TABLE events_archive SET TABLESPACE pg_default;`), which had 88MiB available headroom.\n5. Ran `CHECKPOINT` to flush and cycle WAL segments.\n6. Change Management and the `shop` service owner must decide whether to lift change freeze CHG-2291, unsuspend `CronJob/shop/archive-events` (`spec.suspend: false`), and run the catch-up archiving job to back up the ~39,000 unarchived events dating back to 2026-09-15.
